El Dr. GHELANI Laala es actualmente vicedecano de la Facultad de Ciencias y Tecnología, encargado de PG, en la Universidad de Khenchela-Argelia, doctor en SM, miembro de un laboratorio de Ingeniería y Ciencias de los Materiales Avanzados (ISMA), profesor A, encargado de cursos, TD y TP. Fue jefe de la especialidad de ingeniería de materiales.
