The book discusses practical political weaknesses in the exercise of the three powers in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The analysis focuses on a critical study of the functioning of the principle of separation of powers in the DRC. The aim was to identify how the three powers (i.e., the executive, legislative and judicial) function in the Congolese political environment. Throughout our analysis, we tried to understand and give our position on: the question of the institution of first lady, moral authority in Congolese positive law, the question of parallel government... Which are Congolese realities. The work is finally revealed as a manual on the procedure of respect for the separation of powers. The author denounces the behavior of our leaders who are in the logic of the non-applicability of this principle which remains silent on the great stakes that the separation of powers raises in the existence of a democratic State.
