Iffat Naomee terminó su máster en Educación (Liderazgo y Gestión) en la Universidad de Worcester, Worcestershire, Reino Unido, en 2014 y desde entonces trabaja por la educación de los niños desfavorecidos de Bangladesh. Actualmente trabaja como directora de contenidos de la iniciativa Khan Academy Bangla de Agami Inc, una organización sin ánimo de lucro con sede en Estados Unidos.
