This work consists of the planning and application of innovative methodological trials in the area of education, which were implemented in various undergraduate courses, for example: Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Engineering, Mining and Biomedicine, belonging to the University Center of Belo Horizonte-UNIBH. In subjects such as pharmochemistry, organic chemistry and applied project A and B. These innovative educational practices consisted of applying teaching and learning methodologies that would contribute to the didactic, structural and organizational reformulation of subject teaching from a constructivist perspective.
