Rezarta Stena est titulaire d'une maîtrise et a obtenu son diplôme de physiothérapeute en 2004, à l'université de médecine de Tirana, en Albanie. Elle travaille à l'université d'Albanie en tant que professeur de disciplines de rééducation. Elle est l'auteur de plusieurs articles scientifiques et ouvrages médicaux en Albanie et à l'étranger.
