Dr. Hall was born into a God fearing family; there is no surprise to her acceptance of Jesus Christ. At an early age, she loved and believed in God. She always prayed and preached whenever she played church with her brothers and sisters. Doctor Hall graduate Excelsior High School in Rochelle Georgia. Upon graduation, she attended Wiregrass College Fitzgerald Ga, she attended Covington Theological Seminary College, and then she received her doctor of ministry degree, and her doctor of Theology.
