La Dra. Agnes Mando Banda es titular de un máster en educación preescolar por la Universidad Estatal de Orel (Rusia) y de un doctorado en alfabetización por la Universidad Abierta de Zambia. Actualmente trabaja en un proyecto sobre la enseñanza de la subitización en los colegios de educación y los centros de educación infantil.
