Prediction of Metal-binding proteins have always been carried out through various Experimental Methods. But these approaches are time wasting and also costly. Some experiments could take months to years. Hence, there is need to explore other methods to speed up the Prediction. One of the other approaches is the computational methods. Thus, A bioinformatics approach is being used in predicting Metal-Binding Proteins using the discriminative features mentioned from literature as well as that of the Experimental results.
