Natalia Tsareva se graduó con honores en la Universidad Estatal de Medicina de Bielorrusia en 2016. Actualmente es ginecóloga-obstetra en el Centro Científico y Práctico Ruso "Madre e Hijo" de Minsk. Es autora y coautora de más de 30 publicaciones, entre ellas 18 artículos en revistas especializadas. Ha realizado 12 presentaciones en conferencias científicas internacionales.
