Rakel-Kavena Shalyefu is a Deputy Director in the Teaching and Learning Improvement Unit at the University of Namibia. She holds a Ph.D. (Instructional Systems Design) from the Pennsylvania State University (USA). She is especially interested in the improvement of teaching and learning in the institutions of higher learning.
