Prefabricated construction has been developed recently, but energy performance studies have rarely been carried out for them. However, one crucial stage in post-disaster housing is the accommodation period in temporary homes; Therefore, it necessitates more serious attention to their energy efficiency. The current book addresses the aforesaid concerns and considers the cost-effective and energy efficient design of temporary homes with a focus on regions with warm/temperate climate. Additionally, an innovative, 100% recycled, and low environmental impact material, "honeycomb corrugated cardboard" has been taken for wall insulation's; the experimental and analytical investigations have been performed to determine its thermal and environmental suitability for insulating purposes.
