The following book is a presentation of a research that was conducted in a Second Level Hospital in Pachuca on the relationship of prenatal findings of placental accreta by ultrasound in grayscale with intrapartum findings in the service of Gynecology and Obstetrics, which aimed to determine the relationship between prenatal diagnosis of placental accreta by ultrasound in grayscale with respect to intrapartum findings. An analytical cross-sectional type study was conducted, 113 files of patients who were admitted to the Gynecology service in the General Hospital of Pachuca in the period from January 2018 to December 2019 with prenatal diagnosis of placental accreta placenta by gray scale ultrasound in relation to intrapartum findings were reviewed. The results of this study showed that the most important risk factors for diagnosis of placental accreta are multiparity, advanced maternal age and history of previous cesarean section.
