Tin disulphide is one of the best compounds suitable for solar cell fabrication and opto-electronic device, because of its favorable electrical and optical properties. Tin disulphide thin films can be synthesized using spray pyrolysis at different substrate temperature using SnCl2.2H2O and thiourea as precursor compounds.
