I this book we prepare 2-(5-aryl-1H-[1,2,4]triazol-3-ylamino)-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-benzo[b]thiophene-3-carbonitrile and Preparation of6-alkyl-2-(5-phenyl-1H-[1,2,4]triazol-3-ylamino)-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-thieno[2,3-c]pyridine-3-carbonitrile and evaluated by some spectroscopic and physic-chemical method and screen against microbiological methods. As a matter of fact, the synthesis of triazol clubbed compounds has been the arena where the skill of outstanding organic chemists has challenged.
