In the following work, the study of strength was deepened, including aspects related to muscle development in children and adolescents, as well as the most adequate methods to develop this basic physical capacity. The objectives of the work consisted of evaluating the changes of an 8-week reactive strength program in basketball players. For this purpose, an 8-week program was established with a weekly frequency of 2 days, measuring the values of two jump tests, a speed test and an agility test before and after the program.
