This study was conducted in the Department of Pharmacology in association with the Department of Pediatrics in Umaid hospital, Dr. S. N. Medical College, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, over a period of one year. Relevant data was collected from indoor case sheets and by interaction with parents wherever necessary and recorded in Case Record Form (CRF). The relevant details of drug prescribed were analyzed by WHO prescribing indicators.
