Preservation of Archaeological Remains In-Situ: A Reader provides professionals and students alike with a strong understanding of contemporary preservation practice. Chris Caple, currently a Senior Lecturer at Durham University, has been director of the postgraduate programme in artefact conservation at Durham since 1988.
