Reynaldo DC. del Rosario ist Musiklehrer für die Sekundarstufe. Er hat am 31. März 2019 seinen Master-Abschluss in Kunsterziehung mit Schwerpunkt Musik erworben. Er ist seit 34 Jahren Musiker. Er begann im Alter von 14 Jahren als Bassist. Er war 20 Jahre lang als Banddirigent tätig. 2006 schloss er seinen Kurs für Banddirigenten ab. Er ist Arrangeur und Komponist.
