RIDDLESPERGER, JR., is an Associate Professor of Political Science at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth and holds degrees from the University of North Texas and the University of Missouri at Columbia. DONALD W. JACKSON is the Herman Brown Professor of Political Science at Texas Christian University and holds degrees from Southern Methodist University and the University of Wisconsin at Madison./e He is the author of Even the Children of Strangers: Equality Under the U.S. Constitution (1992).
