In view of this I recommend that urinary screening in school children should be part of the School Health Programme in order to ensure early treatment and abortion of disease progression. 2. Blood pressure with the appropriate cuff should be routinely done in primary school children for early detection and management of hypertension. This could be done at school entry, graduation and whenever they present at health facilities.
