Zakari Amadou Hamani ha conseguito il Master II in Diritto Privato presso l'Università di Niame. Diritto Privato presso l'Università di Niamey, Facoltà di Scienze Giuridiche e Politiche (FSJP). Scienze Giuridiche e Politiche (FSJP, ex FSEJ/UAM). È diventato magistrato nel 2019 ed è stato nominato giudice di tribunale nel 2021 presso il TGI di Zinder. È arbitro accreditato presso il Centro di mediazione e arbitrato di Niamey (CMAN) e membro dell'UNIDA.
