The LGBT phenomenon is increasingly worrying, because the number tends to increase and even greatest risk of transmitting HIV/AIDS. The location of this study was chosen based on the results of group estimates where Padang is the highest LGBT group in West Sumatra, Bukit Tinggi is a key group the highest transgender in West Sumatra, while the City of Solok and Kab. Solok is the top five places at risk for LGBT in Indonesia West Sumatra and there is one HIV AIDS referral hospital in West Sumatra. The results of the study revealed that most of the respondents (64.6%) had an orientation same sex (homosexual), 46.3% of respondents have a sexual identity as gay and 27.9% bisexual. Most respondents are in the age group 15-25 years (51.03%). Historical background The largest LGBT behavior was caused by being disappointed and hurt by the opposite sex (14.0%). In terms of LGBT behavior as much as 54.4% of respondents do not have a permanent sex partner. How respondents get most sex partners are through sexual relations in online media (58.7%). Most of the respondents res do not apply and many forget to perform the five daily prayers (67.35%).
