The concept of health has evolved over time and today we know that it is not a linear concept, but rather is made up of different spheres including diet, thoughts, emotions, rest, recreational activities and spirituality. For some, health continues to be an end and for others it is a means. What is certain is that each of the decisions and actions we take in the present will positively or negatively impact our health and well-being in the future.Ideally, actions should be aimed at disease prevention, however, the real situation is that some of these diseases are on the rise, so that curative treatment is the most sound. That is why the life course model proposes to build health at any stage of life by adapting to the situation and resources of each person. In each chapter I will explain how to intervene with small actions of care, nutrition and lifestyle in order to recover or improve health in adulthood.
