Meanwhile, Steen is just trying to assume his new role and new identity without losing his mind! This heartwarming, humorous tale reads like a journal from inside the mind of a young man beginning a challenging position of leadership over a 20 plus year period. He is regularly tested, challenged, criticized, and changed as he matures in his professional and personal life. The characters are rich and complex, the dialogue sharp and intelligent, and the story universally appealing.
