Autorenporträt
Vivienne Mulero is a passionate writer who resides in Georgia, U.S.A. Born in Bristol, U.K, and raised in London, England. Vivienne has over 35 years of writing experience. She produces children's stories, some loosely based on actual events in her life and some based on fiction. Her non-fiction series called"Four Sisters" was a success in its own right and has been sold in countries like Japan. Her newest book series "Princess Arjana, is on track to reach further around the globe. Vivienne received a full scholarship to attend culinary school at 16 years old. After graduating, she moved to America and realized her passion for writing. Vivienne began writing poetry and soon realized she had a natural gift. However, it wasn't until 2019, during the lockdown, that Vivienne started writing children's stories. As a child, she recalls not seeing positive images of people of color-only photos of black and brown people that portrayed us in a negative light. Vivienne began to write what she wished her girls could have read when they were little. One evening while writing, her husband said, "why don't you make it into a book" It was at that point she began to create children's stories. Inspired by her ancestry of African Jamaican descent, who has created a real-life fairy tale, or is it? Apart from writing children's books, Vivienne is currently working with manufacturers to develop cheerful toys that children of color can embrace, and all children interact positively. In her spare time, she still loves creating fantastic food for friends and family, spending as much time with her two adult children, her wonderful husband, Julio, and their fur baby (a 120lb rottweiler )
