L.A. Soria trained in acting, directing and storytelling at the infamous, unknown Ilkhom Theatre in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. She earned an MA in journalism from the University of Missouri. She's a pilgrim, thankful to les amis de Saint-Jacques de Compostelle. She loves hiking alpine trails in the Pacific Northwest with her husband and son and dancing outside the Brooklyn Library.
