The Bedouin community is a special society which in transition from tradition to modern society. Education is one of the important engines of change in human society. The Bedouin education system functions in a complex situation. This is a modern system that works in a traditional society, whose laws and customs are different and contrary to modern laws; some of the teachers working in these schools come from another Arab society, which has different culture and laws. The Bedouin also live in two types of settlements: one is a permanent settlement in which they live in modern homes with modern infrastructure such as water and electricity, another in which they live in temporary settlements that lacks a basic infrastructure. In this complex situation the leadership play crucial role in improving the quality of education in Bedouins schools. This book examines the influence of the principals' leadership style on teachers practice mediation by motivation and professional developmentof teachers in the Bedouin high schools in this complex situation.
