VICTOR L. DAVIDSON is Associate Professor, Department of Biochemistry, The University of Mississippi Medical Center, Jackson. The author or coauthor of over 60 journal articles, book chapters, and abstracts, he is a member of the American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, the American Society for Microbiology, the Biophysical Society, and the American Association for the Advancement of Science. Dr. Davidson received the B.S. degree (1973) in biochemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and the Ph.D. degree (1982) in chemistry from Texas Tech University, Lubbock.
