Autorenporträt

Dr. phil. Dr. jur. Christian Schulte, M.A. studierte Rechtswissenschaften, Politikwissenschaft und Germanistik, war nach der Referendarzeit zunächst als Rechtsanwalt tätig und ist seit 1999 Richter im Handelsregister des AG Charlottenburg. Er verfügt u.a. über eine jahrelange Erfahrung als Prüfer im Assessorexamen sowie als Dozent in der Notarfortbildung mit den Arbeitsschwerpunkten Handels-, Gesellschafts- und Europarecht. Regelmäßig führt er im Rahmen der Referendarausbildung Coaching -Veranstaltungen zur Vorbereitung auf Aktenkurzvorträge in der mündlichen Prüfung durch und ist Autor zahlreicher Veröffentlichungen zum Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht.
