Professor Parwiz Stanekzai, Sohn von Mohammad Rasoul, stammt aus der Provinz Kabul. Seine Hochschulausbildung schloss er in Kabul ab. 1986 schrieb er sich an der Universität ein und schloss sein Bachelorstudium nach vier Jahren erfolgreich ab, 1993 schrieb er sich für ein Masterstudium ein und schloss es nach zwei Jahren ab. im Jahr 1400 begann er sein Doktoratsstudium.
