Dr. Rajender Kumar is presently working in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering & Technology, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research & Studies. He is actively involved and associated with various National Level Societies promoting the Engineering/Technical concepts in India like IEI (Member), IIIE (Senior Member), QCFI (Life-Member), QCI (Institutional Member), IIF (Member and Former Honorary Secretary, Faridabad Chapter), ISHRAE etc. He has received a grant from the Government of India to conduct activities related to Entrepreneurship Development. He has 45 research papers and one book chapter in his credit. His area of expertise is Industrial Engineering and Management, Entrepreneurship and Business Incubation, SCM, Lean, Green, and Agile Manufacturing System. Dr. Rahul Sindhwani received his Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering (Industrial Engineering & Management) in 2017 and Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Industrial Engineering & Management) with distinction and Gold Medal in 2010 from Kurukshetra University, India. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department, Amity School of Engineering and Technology, Amity University, Noida, India. He is an active lifetime member of the Indian Society of Technical Education and a fellow member of Institution of Engineering and Technology. He has more than 10 years of teaching, research, and administrative experience and has published many research papers on industrial engineering and management in various international journals of repute. His area of expertise is Industrial Engineering and Management, Supply Chain Management, Lean, Green, and Agile Manufacturing systems along with analysis of problems using structural equation modeling, statistical analysis, interpretive structural modeling, and multi-criteria decision modeling, etc. Dr. Tavishi Tewary is an Assistant Professor associated with Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida. She has 12 years of experience in policy research and trade impact assessment and teaching postgraduate business school students. She has published various research papers in international journals of high repute and providing scientific leadership to high-profile strategic sustainability and conservation initiatives with several years of research experience. She manages cross-sectoral and interdisciplinary teams of professionals to deliver on complex research projects. Dr. J. Paulo Davim is a Senior Chartered Engineer by the Portuguese Institution of Engineers and Specialist in Engineering and Industrial Management. He is also Eur Ing by FEANI-Brussels and Fellow (FIET) by IET-London. Currently, he is a Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Aveiro, Portugal. He has more than 30 years of teaching and research and has guided large numbers of postdoc, Ph.D., and master's students. He has coordinated and participated in several financed research projects and received several scientific awards. He is associated with numerous journals, conferences, and book series in the capacity of Editor in Chief, Guest Editor, books Editor, book Series Editor, and Scientific Advisory member.
