Principles of Peptide Synthesis ist eine knappe und verständliche Einführung von Strategien für die Peptidsynthese. Die verschiedenen Arbeitsschritte: Schutzgruppeneinführung, Aktivierung und Bindungsschluß werden anhand der grundlegenden Chemie der Peptidbindung erklärt. Für die zweite Auflage des Buches wurden die Beispiele vollständig überarbeitet und um neue Methoden und Vorstellungen ergänzt.
