The instruction of English as a foreign language may occur in any country, whether English speaking or not. Learners of EFL study English for different purposes: passing the examination, career development, pursuing their education, etc. In most countries, English as a foreign language is part of the educational curriculum. Teaching and learning has a very close relationship and one into another cannot be defined apart. Therefore, Brown(1987,p.6) defines teaching as "guiding and facilitating learning, enabling learner to learn, and setting the condition for learning."
