Julius Runyowa is a well published academic with articles in international journals and the local media.He holds a BA English and Communication,Diploma in Education,MBA and Master of Science degree in International Relations.He was born on 25 May 1975 in Gutu Zimbabwe and is presently based in Namibia.He is interested in international affairs.
