Autorenporträt
Anna Riley-Hiscox is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Art Therapist. She received her doctorate in Art Therapy from Mt. Mary University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Dr. Riley-Hiscox holds master's degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy and Art Therapy from Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont, CA. She attended The College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio, where she earned a bachelor's degree in art. Anna is a gourd artist and painter. Her artwork focuses on cultural and social narratives and aging as a life transition. Dr. Riley-Hiscox is the author of Eugene, a children's book on sexual abuse, and Hair and the River Jordan, a children's book on organic hair and the stories it tells.
