This was considered taboo and forbidden to discuss. I am a supporter of the Prison Rape Elimination Act or the P.R.E.A. because this injustice has to end. Victims under the P.R.E.A. must seek justice against the sexual predators and corruption and put an end to this. The P.R.E.A. is the advocate and champion to protect the victim of this heinous crime. That is the reason I conducted my research because of my MSW status as a proud employee in the prison facility.
