Private security can be defined as the set of any measures to protect and to ensure safety against sabotage, fire, theft, robbery, looting, destruction, detention from work, health and body integrity of the workers to public or private institutions and organizations which contribute to national economy or to the state's warpower and whose partial or complete destruction, damage or temporary detention from work delivers negative results to national security and social life (Meriçli, 2004: 30).
