Public Private Partnerships (PPP) and governance
issues like democratic accountability. It contains a
literature study which is focussed on
transparency as an important aspect of democratic
accountability and PPP. Research from around the
world is outlined in order to get a broad view on
the subject. These studies are suggesting that PPP
decreases transparency and is threatening democratic
accountability. Therefore an empiric research on
transparency in Dutch PPPs was conducted to test
this hypothesis. You can find the results of this

Autor

During my study Public Administration at the University of
Twente in the Netherlands I became interested in Public Private
Partnerships. Therefore I decided to write this bachelor thesis
on the interesting subject. Recently I graduated for my master,
also on a thesis about PPP.
