Probation is one of the most under researched and under utilized area especially in the context of Indian Law. He has been an alumnus of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences Mumbai, Indian Law Institute, New Delhi and National Law University, Lucknow. He works in the area of Law, Economics, Politics and Public Policy.
