The main objective of this study is to recognize and evaluate the current situation in the poultry industry and in this context to insist and evaluate hypotheses related to organizational and management issues, focusing on such related problems with: - Industry and open markets. - Production and costs. - Product and price policies. - The level of integration in the industry and the costs associated with it. - Issues related to the necessary improvements in the organization and direction of production, and on this basis to orient the interventions towards the implementation of the most rational policies that enable the increase of production efficiency in this industry.
