The collection includes reports of the participants of the round table on labour law, organized by the Department of Labour Law and Social Security Rights of the Orenburg branch of Kutafin University (Moscow State Law Academy): teachers, representatives of state authorities, leaders of trade union movement, students. The round table discussed the spread of atypical employment and the problems of its legal regulation, as well as the specifics of remote labour in Russia. Reports from participants reflected the most problematic legal issues arising in labour relations during the pandemic. The outcome of the round table confirmed the need for cooperation between state authorities, public organizations, institutions and labour collectives in the legal regulation of atypical employment in order to better align the interests of the parties to labour relations.
