Such expressions may seem in everyday language as redundant and aimless, however in the Glorious Qur'ân they have hidden purposes and underlying intentions delivered by Allah to all the human beings and this work attempts to show that. The significance and objectives of this study are to present an overall investigation of this translational problem in order to fill in a lacuna in the field of Qur'ân translation and to help the future Qur'ân translators avoid such mistakes related to axiomatics since nothing is axiomatic or naive in the Qur'ân.

Dr. Ramadan El Sayed holds a PhD and MA in linguistics and translation from the Faculty of Arts, Helwan University, Egypt. His main scope of researching focuses on translation, syntax, pragmatics, sociolinguistics and semantics. He took part in many Translation and Linguistics Conferences and Forums regionally and internationally.
