Dr.Vooka Ramesh Babu was born in Tirupati, in Chittoor District of Andhra Pradesh, India. He obtained M.A and Ph.D. Degrees from Department of Economics, Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati. He has been working as Assistant Professor of Economics in the Centre for Southeast Asian & Pacific Studies, Sri Venkateswara University, since 2007.
