From the consideration of virtual education tools have been developed predominantly by companies of goods and services, rather than by educational institutions, and points out three problems that have been seen in the Universidad Privada San Carlos that must be developed to transcend the practice of virtual education model. This article highlights the relevance of virtual education in the same way, specifies the role and importance of information and communication technologies (ICT) in this educational modality.
