Kersten, WolfgangProf. Dr. Dr. h. c. Kersten is the director of the Institute of Business Logistics and General Management at the Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH). He has more than 10 years' experience in industry as senior manager at Daimler AG, as a senior researcher at Technische Universität München (TUM).Prof. Kersten is vice-chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board of the AiF German Federation of Industrial Research Associations and a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the German Logistics Association (BVL).His research interests include logistics and supply chain management, supply chain risk management, complexity management, and process optimization, undertaking various projects in these fields together with manufacturing industry and logistics service providers.

Ringle, Christian M.Dr. Christian M. Ringle is a Full Professor and Managing Director of the Institute for Human Resource Management and Organizations at the Hamburg University of Technology and Visiting Professor at the Faculty of Business and Law Professor at the University of Newcastle (Australia). He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas, received his Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Hamburg and has been a Visiting Researcher at various universities worldwide (e.g. Georgia State University, Manchester Business School, Osaka City University, University of Technology Sydney). His research mainly addresses the management of organizations, strategic and human resource management, marketing as well as quantitative methods for business and market research.
