This technological route can be accomplished by microalgae-based systems. Therefore, this book project presents a compilation of information on process integration from microalgal systems with application in the food industry.

Ha esperienza in scienze e tecnologie alimentari, con particolare attenzione al trattamento degli effluenti industriali e alle biotecnologie ambientali.
