In Angola, dairy products play a prominent role in people's eating habits. Justina Chimuco is Angolan and holds a Master's degree in Food Production and Technology from the José Eduardo dos Santo University and a degree in Veterinary Medicine from the Agostinho Neto University. She is currently an Assistant Professor, teaching Pharmacology and Toxicology at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Huambo, Angola.
