Within the framework of information economy, economic relations are becoming more complex, the role of institutions, driving forces of the economic system, the importance of production factors and technology for their use is changing, and the list of qualitatively new goods and services is expanding. The transformation of information into the most important economic resource influences the vector of social evolution, reduces the dependence of national economies' growth on the availability of natural resources, capital, the quantitative characteristics of the labor force and other extensive factors.
