In response to that, there is considerable interest in finding alternative control approaches for use in integrated pest management strategies for crop diseases. In Egypt, we have to agree that the plant disease biological control is still in a period of 'undeveloped'. For this purposes, this research has a national impact, as it results to reach the final stage of industrial scale, maintaining its biocontrol efficacy. The purpose of conducting this study, was to optimize the conditions for microbial biomass production of the biocontrol agent by describing the effect of various technical methods on fermentation and chemical compositions of medium and substrate. Various fermentation strategies can also be used to improve yield and productivity of biomass. The new proposed design of operating condition in bioreactor enabled us to introduce a new model controlled with optimized biocontrol product
