Brewer's spent grain is the byproduct of brew industry and is a low cost feed stock for bio ethanol production. It can be converted into ethanol using enzymatic machinery of microorganisms by the process of fermentation. In this book detail methodology for conversion of spent grain into ethanol using mixed fungal culture of Fusarium oxysporum and Saccahromyces cerevisiae as source of enzymes has been summarised. The work reported in this book would be useful for professionals in academics and research fields, or anyone else who may be considering utilising it for their own interest.
